We ask that an adult be home when the visit starts, both for access to your system and so we can walk you through anything we find. If that's not possible, give us a call — we're happy to work out an arrangement that fits your schedule.

A single-stage system runs at full blast, then shuts off — simple and reliable. Ask us for a repair-or-replace comparison. We use capital replacement theory — the same math businesses use to decide when equipment stops paying for itself — to show you the most economical path. The decision is always yours; we just make sure you're deciding with real numbers instead of a sales pitch.

Twice a year for the system, plus a filter change every three months. We offer a few maintenance plans depending on what your home needs — including a plan built for homeowners who are aging in place and want a little extra help keeping their home comfortable and safe.
